After a whirlwind year of cancelled events it brings us much joy to be able to launch events for our Variety community once again.
One of these events is Variety Rocks 4 All, a family concert at Tumbalong Park. Our Variety families will be entertained by some of Australia’s best entertainers, cultural music acts, Variety Heart Scholarship recipient performances and some award winning country music artists.
This event was made possible thanks to the incredible generosity of City of Sydney, who granted us $50,000 to run this event through their COVID-19 Recovery CBD Activation Grant.
Through this grant, Variety is able to host an incredible day for families who have been supported through Variety offering them free of charge tickets, along with offering the community heavily discounted ticket prices for an event of this kind.
Variety aim to showcase the ease of accessibility and inclusive nature of The City of Sydney and the Darling Quarter precinct through detailed promotion of the event including, ease of access via parking and public transport, access to amenities, affordable food outlets and a family friendly experience at Tumbalong Park.
We all know taking the kids to the city can seem like a daunting task sometimes so we’ve worked hard to make the day as simple as possible for you and the kids. We’d love to have you join us.
